Sr. Video & Creative Producer

Garff Enterprises Corporate Office - Salt Lake City, UT Full time

Title:   Senior Video & Creative Producer

REPORTS TO:  Creative Director
EXPERIENCE:  5+ years producing creative or marketing projects across video, digital, and print

Primary Focus: Video production leadership with integrated creative production oversight

We’re looking for an experienced producer to lead video production and oversee integrated creative production across our in-house creative department. You’ll manage shoots, production timelines, and logistics while ensuring creative work moves from concept to delivery without friction.

Who We're Looking For

You will lead production across the creative department, with video as the primary focus. You will ensure video projects are properly planned, staffed, scheduled, and executed while supporting broader creative production across digital and print.

You are an experienced producer who knows how to run a production from planning through delivery. You can build realistic schedules and budgets, manage casting and logistics, coordinate teams, and keep projects moving when challenges arise.

You will manage a small video team consisting of two videographers and one animator. While this role does not require shooting or editing, you should have strong experience producing shoots so you can confidently guide production planning and execution.

You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable presenting production plans and budgets to stakeholders. You own production decisions, timelines, and logistics from planning through final delivery.

Most importantly, you have a strong professional reputation. You are the kind of producer that crew members, collaborators, and clients would choose to work with again.

Our team supports a large dealership network, so the pace is steady and the volume is high, supported by clear workflows and close collaboration with our Agency Services team.

Hybrid schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in office. Tuesday and Thursday remote.
Travel a few times per quarter may be required for video shoots.
