Position Summary

At Ingram Micro, we power the global technology ecosystem. As a Senior Vendor Manager supporting our Miami Export business, you will serve as a strategic leader and primary liaison between leading technology vendors and our organization. This high-impact, people leadership role is responsible for driving vendor programs, revenue growth, marketing initiatives, contract strategy, and performance optimization across international markets. You will shape go-to-market execution, strengthen executive-level partnerships, and ensure vendor investments translate into measurable business results.

Your Role

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of vendor management professionals, including managers and senior individual contributors

  • Set clear performance objectives aligned to revenue growth, margin expansion, and export sales strategy

  • Develop and execute vendor business plans, including marketing programs, training initiatives, and go-to-market strategies

  • Serve as the executive liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and operations

  • Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, incentives, and performance expectations

  • Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Resolve complex contractual, operational, and invoice discrepancies in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Identify new revenue opportunities, market expansion strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives

  • Influence policy, process, and strategic decisions that impact the broader export sales organization

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, channel sales, technology distribution, or strategic partnerships

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing through subordinate managers

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and execute strategic vendor programs

  • Strong contract negotiation and commercial acumen, with experience managing vendor agreements

  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and operational planning

  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and build long-term, trust-based partnerships

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage moderately complex business challenges

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent relevant experience)

  • Advanced communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, global export environment

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $125,600.00 - $213,500.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
