  • Ensure carriers maintain appropriate insurance coverage based on vehicle types.

  • Conduct regular audits of insurance documentation and expiration dates.

  • Collaborate with RMIS and internal systems to flag and follow up on non-compliant carriers.

  • Partner with Manheim Security, Claims, and Central Dispatch teams to investigate and resolve incidents involving theft or loss of inventory.

  • Monitor high-value vehicle inventory and ensure assignments are made only to trusted carriers with verified insurance and compliance status.

  • Serve as a liaison between Logistics, Security, Claims, and Compliance teams to streamline fraud response and prevention efforts.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on fraud indicators and escalation procedures.

  • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking fraud incidents, carrier risk scores, insurance compliance, and theft investigations.

  • Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and recommend proactive measures.

  • Develop and refine SOPs for fraud detection, carrier vetting, and inventory protection.

  • Recommend system enhancements to improve fraud detection capabilities.

  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting logistics fraud and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk management.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with carrier vetting platforms (e.g., RMIS).

  • Experience working with insurance documentation and compliance standards.
