Job Description

What does success look like

Sprinklr’s multi‑product platform is undergoing rapid unification and accelerated AI innovation. To support this transformation, we need a senior UX Writer / Content Designer who can simplify complexity, ensure consistent language across products, and create content patterns that help users understand, trust, and adopt AI‑powered workflows.

This role ensures that every customer interaction — from buttons and flows to AI explanations and onboarding — is intuitive, human, and aligned with a unified platform experience.

Mission: Create and operationalize Sprinklr’s content architecture across all product suites. Deliver crisp, accessible UI copy, terminology systems, and scalable patterns that reduce friction, reinforce clarity, and make Sprinklr’s platform easier to learn, use, and trust.

What You’ll Do

Content Design & UX Writing

  • Write clear, concise, accessible UI content across complex workflows in Social, Service, Insights, and Marketing.

  • Simplify enterprise concepts — routing, permissions, case resolution, AI actions, analytics — into digestible, action‑oriented language.

  • Apply best‑in‑class UX writing principles: clarity, brevity, consistency, accessibility, and user intent.

Content Systems & Standards

  • Develop cross‑product voice & tone guidelines, terminology frameworks, and reusable content patterns.

  • Partner with Design System teams to unify content patterns for actions, errors, confirmations, states, empty‑states, and system guidance.

  • Establish naming conventions and taxonomy aligned with platform information architecture.

AI + Human Collaboration & Agentic Workflows

  • Shape language frameworks for prompts, agent actions, generative content, and system explanations.

  • Create patterns that help users understand what AI is doing, why it’s doing it, and how to intervene.

  • Design copy that builds trust in AI capabilities: transparency, clarity, guidance, and explainability.

Cross‑functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Design, PM, Engineering, Research, Docs, and Enablement to ensure product clarity and consistency.

  • Provide narrative clarity for demo flows, onboarding, and internal product understanding.

  • Contribute content expertise to discovery, prototyping, validation, and usability testing.

Information Architecture & Experience Clarity

  • Collaborate on navigation labels, object names, workflows, and taxonomy.

  • Reduce cognitive load through intentional information hierarchy and user‑aligned mental models.

Governance & Reusability

  • Ensure consistent content patterns across 50+ pods by establishing scalable processes for review, alignment, and documentation.

  • Identify opportunities for reuse, consolidation, and simplification across the platform.

Expected Outcomes

  • Unified content standards (v0): Voice, tone, terminology, and content patterns adopted across the platform.

  • Cross‑suite consistency: Clear, cohesive language across Social, Service, Marketing, and Insights.

  • AI content patterns (v0): Trust cues, action/explanation models, and prompt frameworks for generative and agentic interactions.

  • Improved experience clarity: Reduced support tickets, fewer user errors, and smoother onboarding pathways.

  • Operational efficiency: Faster design and PM delivery cycles through reusable patterns.

Success Measures

  • Comprehension ↑: Improved task success, clarity, and reduced user hesitation or confusion.

  • Consistency ↑: Broader adoption of content standards and pattern libraries across pods.

  • Time‑to‑value ↓: More intuitive workflows with fewer clarifying tooltips, walkthroughs, or docs required.

  • AI trust ↑: Higher engagement with AI‑driven actions and increased user confidence.

  • Velocity ↑: Faster iteration for designers and PMs due to stronger content guidance and systems.

What Makes You Qualified?

  • 8–12+ years in UX writing or content design for complex SaaS or platform products.

  • Portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI writing, content design, workflow clarity, and system‑level thinking.

  • Strong skill in simplifying dense, technical, or multi‑step workflows.

  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Design, PM, and Engineering.

  • Clear understanding of accessibility, localization, and writing for a global audience.

Preferred

  • Experience writing for AI‑powered products, generative content, or intelligent workflows.

  • Background in enterprise software, CCaaS, insights/analytics, or content systems.

  • Familiarity with information architecture, taxonomy, or product terminology design.

  • Experience contributing to or creating design system content patterns.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.
