Required Job Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
* Knowledge of application configuration
* Strong Understanding of Relational Databases
* Requirements definition & management
* Data modeling knowledge.
* Proven advanced SQL skills (or other relevant back-end data query languages).
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
* Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques; strong critical thinking skills.
* Strong Understanding of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
* System Performance management
* Problem solving and analytical thinking
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills, including functional documentation skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related
* Medicare Claims Payment Services
* Experience with Jira
* Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
* Experience in data management assessment, analysis, and implementation
* Healthcare/Healthcare insurance industry knowledge
* Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST
* Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#
* Experience with Python
