Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Specialist – Technical & Delivery (FLS) – Saudi National to join our team! In this role you will get to support the review, coordination, and delivery of FLS submissions, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficient approval processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review FLS submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Validate technical comments issued by third-party consultants.
- Filter out non-value-adding, duplicate, or repetitive comments.
- Ensure all comments are properly addressed by the LDC and reflected in revised submissions prior to resubmission.
- Track and reduce rejection cycles and repetitive GDCD comments.
- Maintain submission logs and trackers, including status, approval timelines, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission reviews and responses.
- Support continuous improvement of submission and review processes.
- Assist with final inspection readiness and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
