The Sr. Specialist Retail GTM Planning is responsible for supporting key merchandising operational initiatives driving by the Retail Go-To-Market process and key Xfinity retail strategic planning.

Core Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities will include the following and are subject to change based on the needs of the business. The Sr. Specialist, Retail GTM Planning – Merchandising Operations role will be responsible for:
- Lead the planogramming (in Xvip) of all Xfinity Mobile device launches and promotions across all Xfinity Retail locations.
- Responsible for pulling all reset tactic drop lists while ensuring data quality control and accuracy.
- Setting up all new store layouts in the planogram tool (Xvip), making sure each floor plan, design and fixtures are accurately reflected 100% of the time.
- Manage the planogram email roster lists for all Xfinity Retail (company owned and Branded Partner) frontline and management employees to ensure proper tool access and information sharing.
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure the product summary and fixture layout which drives proper replenishment matches in the Xvip planogram tool.
- Support the testing of new merchandising displays and devices to ensure perfect execution and communication readiness (testing may take place in a Xfinity retail store or lab environment)
- Lead the InVue/Beam Team bi-weekly meetings and the development of required Beam Team install guides.
- Responsible to update InVue Device Matrix and request New Store Kits.
- Process all CapEx and OpEx in purchase order entries tied to the Merchandising Operations yearly budget.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
