Job Overview: As a Senior Specialist in the Partner Service Center, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to ensure a seamless experience for Roundel partners. You will manage the end-to-end partner journey—from onboarding and user access for Roundel Media products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding, including account setup and access provisioning.
  • Manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate platform access.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Roundel Media products and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex partner concerns.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve partner experience and internal processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in vendor management or a customer service environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
