Overall Purpose: To drive revenue growth and retention by selling the organization’s products and services via telephone within designated market areas or assigned accounts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Revenue Retention and Growth: Drive revenue growth by retaining existing customers, achieving sales quotas, and upselling to create incremental new business.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account escalations, and ensure direct communication with key decision makers.
Sales Metrics and Performance: Successfully close sales deals, deliver on sales metrics, and secure renewal and new contracts to meet performance targets.
Customer Needs and Solutioning: Assess and understand customer needs to tailor solutions, leveraging a consultative approach to meet strategic business priorities and apply the latest technologies.
Market and Industry Knowledge: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify key customer needs, utilizing this knowledge to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS).


Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handles large complex sales. Works with moderate on-going supervision. Responsible for a moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities. May lead presentations and mentor less experienced peers. Supervisor: No

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.
