BEAUTY MARKETING INTERNSHIP
Join the team at MONDAY Haircare as we expand our beauty vertical with exciting new brands, including Being Haircare, DAISE Beauty and more to come. We’re looking for a creative, switched-on Beauty Marketing Intern to support across brand, influencer, PR and digital.
This is a 3-day per week, 3-month internship starting 10-June, perfect for someone wanting hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Influencer & PR Support: Source and vet influencers, write briefs, manage product send-outs via 3PLs, and track live coverage. Support the wider team and external PR agencies on global campaigns.
Social & Digital Briefing: Assist in briefing creative for social and digital campaigns, including product launches.
Campaign & Retail Launches: Research trends, build mood boards, and support content and influencer ideation for launches and key moments.
Market Research: Track beauty trends, competitor activity and industry news to inform marketing activity.
Performance Reporting: Compile reports across social, influencer campaigns and key marketing activity to drive insights.
E-commerce Support: Work with the Global E-commerce team to brief assets, manage content and optimise execution across retailer sites.
UGC & Creator Management: Support our beauty creator program - sourcing creators, briefing, onboarding and ensuring content delivery.
Logistics & Operations: Assist with 3PL coordination, product send-outs and stock management across global markets.
