The Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who's a strong systems thinker, ships fast, and operates with high autonomy. You have deep experience designing, building, and scaling complex systems - and you amplify that with AI-assisted development tooling to move even faster.
This is a heavily IC, full-stack role. You'll flex across priorities - building automation that eliminates manual bookkeeping workflows, improving retention through better customer experiences, and launching new products and features into the market. You'll work across the frontend and backend, and across a system with many third-party integrations. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and other engineering teams to move work forward.
You bring strong fundamentals in system design, architecture, and building for maintainability - and you also leverage tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to accelerate your work in production codebases. You know how to configure these tools for brownfield repos, maintain quality at speed, and apply AI agent orchestration to automate real workloads.
