The Opportunity
This position works out of our Penang location in the Abbott Vascular Division.As the Sr Territory Sales Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead a sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share targets in assigned markets. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and promote & establish Health Care Professional (HCP) education of the company's products.
What You’ll Do
- Plan & drive towards achieving company vision.
- Keep abreast with industry/ market knowledge.
- Conduct & review sales performance.
- Update customer profiles & track market usage of products.
- Ensure team members comply with company policy & operating procedures.
- Manage operating expenses & budgets.
- Conduct regular stock checks & work closely with Customer Service team on reconciliation.
- Attract, motivate & develop staff.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Biotechnology, Biomedical or any equivalent.
- > 5 years' experience in sales.
- Knowledge in medical device will be an advantage.
- Experience in an MNC environment will be an advantage.
