Job Characteristics: Leveraging deep technical knowledge in the ion exchange business, this roles leads a team of field account reps to deliver solutions to customers. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. Coaches and develops a team including hiring, training and developing them to reach their full potential. Maintains customer relationships and actively collaborates with corporate accounts and division specialists to achieve sales goals.
Education/Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field. Ion exchange experience. 15 years of technical experience, including 5 years of team-leading experience. Ability to travel 60%.
Independence Level/Reports to: AVP/VP Sales.
