About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Growth & Strategy Intern to join our team and support our expansion in the Spanish market.

This role is a unique hybrid, offering hands-on experience across performance marketing, partner management, and business strategy. You will work within a high-performance team, assisting with everything from influencer outreach to market research and branch monitoring. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate who is eager to understand how a high-growth company scales in a local market through both marketing execution and strategic planning.

In this role, you will:

Influencer and Affiliates Marketing Support

  • Network Coordination: Support the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building and initial outreach.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in conducting data-driven research to track acquisition rates, costs, and partner performance.
  • Reporting: Help prepare weekly growth steering reports, highlighting key insights and channel performance for the Spanish market.
  • Compliance & Admin: Ensure all partner content aligns with internal rules and support the processing of payouts and budget tracking.

Growth Marketing Execution

  • Campaign Coordination: Help execute ad-hoc growth initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with local partners to expand our reach.
  • Offline & Events: Assist in the planning of offline initiatives, including local event activations and traditional media placements in Spain.
  • Social & Content: Support social media collaborations and coordinate content creation with external subject-matter experts to build brand awareness.
  • Experimental Growth: Help identify and document new experimental initiatives that support our overall user and revenue growth objectives.

Strategy & ES Branch Support

  • Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into the Spanish market, focusing on competitor moves, local trends, and new partnership opportunities.
  • Branch Monitoring: Support the ES Branch Manager in monitoring local operational health, tracking branch-specific KPIs, and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Product & Business Support: Provide localized insights to the Product and Business teams to help them better integrate with local partners and Spanish user needs.
  • Strategic Mapping: Assist in identifying and evaluating high-impact partnership opportunities that align with our long-term Spanish market strategy.

What you need to be successful:

  • The Foundation: Recent graduate of a degree in Business, Economy, or a related field, with a strong interest in the fintech/startup ecosystem.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, basic formulas) and a desire to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Resourcefulness: A proactive "builder" mentality, you are comfortable researching solutions and taking initiative on new tasks.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Spanish market, including cultural nuances and the local digital landscape.
  • Linguistic Fluency: Professional fluency in Spanish is required; professional fluency in English is essential for our international environment.

  • Relationship Management: Ability to communicate professionally with external partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: A natural inclination to use data to solve problems and measure the success of your initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to look beyond daily tasks to understand the "why" behind our market expansion strategy.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills to keep track of multiple campaigns and research projects simultaneously.

Operational Agility: Comfort moving between high-level strategy research and hands-on marketing execution.
