  • Ensure correct validation of integration points between SD and MM processes.

  • Validate billing, pricing, tax determination, and end-to-end order-to-cash flows within the Brazilian localization context.

Defect & Quality Management

  • Identify, document, track, and drive defects to closure using QA and defect‑tracking tools.

  • Support root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.

  • Monitor and report QA metrics such as test coverage and defect trends for management visibility.

Cross‑Regional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate QA activities across global/distributed teams, ensuring consistent QA standards and delivery alignment.

  • Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure requirements are testable and accurately validated.

  • Support alignment between Brazil and global QA practices.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members.

  • Support onboarding, skill development, and adherence to QA best practices.

Agile / Delivery Collaboration

  • Ensure QA readiness in advance of regulatory-driven deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • SAP Expertise: Strong functional experience in SAP SD, with working knowledge of MM integration flows.

  • QA Experience: Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect management for SAP solutions.

  • Leadership: Experience coordinating or leading QA activities, preferably across global teams.

  • Tools: Experience with QA and defect‑tracking tools such as JIRA, Spira, Confluence, or similar.
