THE JOB:
The Senior Property Technology Operations Engineer plays a critical role in keeping property-level technology running smoothly. This position provides advanced technical support across hardware, software, endpoint devices, networking, and applications, while serving as an escalation point for complex issues. You’ll work hands-on in the field, support major initiatives and events, and partner closely with property teams, infrastructure, and service desk teams to ensure reliable, high-quality technology experiences for employees and business operations.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and deployment for end-user devices, networks, Wi-Fi, mobile devices, and applications

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and requests that cannot be resolved independently by Property Technology Engineers

  • Perform network patching, cross-connects, and troubleshooting; assist with setup and maintenance of network hardware

  • Support projects, events, and temporary technology installations through site surveys, planning, and coordination with application and infrastructure teams

  • Oversee hardware procurement, delivery, preparation, and distribution, ensuring timely deployment and issue resolution

  • Enforce asset management practices to ensure accurate tracking and effective use of technology resources

  • Actively participate in major incident and problem investigations by triaging issues, gathering data, providing hands-on support, and communicating real-time updates to stakeholders

  • Support assigned technology projects and, when needed, assume project leadership responsibilities

  • Review employee feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall user experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in cross domain Information technology experience, including endpoint, server, network & WiFi, mobile device, and application support.  

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment with multiple concurrent priorities

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise systems and applications

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills

  • Demonstrated ability and curiosity to learn new technologies
