Job Description Summary:
The main function of a data analyst is to validate the prescription summary level data based on validation criteria’s provided by the client and calculate the rebates using IQVIA in-built application. The pay packets are then delivered to the client for payment approval.
Job Responsibilities:
Checking in the client data, raising teamtrack tickets, acknowledging the data receipt, Normalizing & validating the data, investigate the issues, calculate the Rebates and deliver the Payment package reports to the client. Provide support on the Formulary review production.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good Analytical skills, critical thinking to validate the data, analyze the trend and identify discrepancies, investigate through issues and provide a solution.
- Basic ability to work independently, multi-tasking and manage ones time.
- Experience in working on Excel based reports.
- Documenting work/procedures in accordance with the agreed standards.
- Stakeholder management.
Education/Experience:
Health care / Life sciences professional degree with 0 – 1 year experience is preferred.
