Your role at Clorox:

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive end-to-end supply chain initiatives across our LATAM Business Unit.
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our supply chain strategy, leading high-value, high-complexity projects that deliver execution excellence, cost savings, and competitive advantage.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, and more—to bring new products to market and optimize our supply chain network. As the leader of the Margin Transformation program, you’ll facilitate idea generation, coordinate resources, and ensure impactful results.

This position is highly visible, serving as the primary liaison between leadership and project teams, ensuring timely decisions, risk management, and alignment with business priorities.

In this role, you will:

Strategic Supply Chain Development
Lead strategic projects to implement supply chain strategy, focusing on network optimization and step-change improvements in performance and cost.
 

Margin Transformation
Manage the BU cost savings pipeline, spearheading initiatives that deliver measurable financial impact.
 

Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Drive compliance, proactively address breakdowns, and champion continuous process improvement.
 

Coaching & Mentorship
•     Develop project management capabilities across the organization through coaching and mentoring.

•     Lead complex, cross-functional projects across LATAM and corporate functions.
•     Provide accurate, timely updates on cost savings programs and systems.
 

What we look for:

     Experience: 10+ years leading projects or organizations.

•     Strong strategic and tactical supply chain expertise.
•     Ability to influence across all levels, from peers to senior executives.
•     Advanced analytical skills with financial acumen.
•     Clear, effective communication—both written and verbal.
•     Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.
•     Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.
•    Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

•   Experience managing cost saving projects and/or initiatives.

•   Advanced/Fluent English level is required.

•   Experience in Multinational FMCG companies is preferred.

Education:
•     Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical preferred or equivalent experience.
•     MBA preferred.
