Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Sr. Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that support organizational growth and strategic priorities. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope and budget.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and communication. This position requires a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects, applying structured project management methodologies, and driving results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, mission, and values

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, and resource requirements

  • Identify stakeholders and clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations

  • Communicate project status, risks, and progress consistently to stakeholders and leadership

  • Coordinate project communication across departments including finance, IT, legal, facilities, and compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners

  • Define success criteria and ensure alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle

  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, including status reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations

  • Establish reporting standards, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues and risks

  • Manage scope changes and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed

  • Mentor and support team members to strengthen project management capabilities

  • Promote quality improvement, patient and staff safety, and a culture of inclusion

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience

  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum), or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within scope

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse teams

  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

  • Previous leadership or management experience

  • Strong knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance practices
