Job Description

Responsible for leading cross-functional, end-to-end programs involving network infrastructure, technical platforms, system enhancements, and operations readiness. The role combines program leadership, technical depth, system integration understanding, and operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Works closely with Engineering, Network Operations, IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Vendor Partners, PMO, and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, drive alignment, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Project/ Program Definition & Scoping

  • Lead discovery sessions to clarify business goals, technical requirements, and integration dependencies.

  • Convert ambiguous problem statements into structured program scope, objectives, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

  • Evaluate feasibility, resource needs, timelines, and technical constraints.

Technical Understanding

  • Understand network and system architecture, protocols, and technical components

  • Identify upstream/downstream impacts, integration points, and operational dependencies.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and network technology strategy.

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Network Operations, IT, Architecture, and CX teams for cross-functional agreement.

  • Document and socialize Program Charters, High-Level Designs, and Requirements Specifications.

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Build and manage integrated program plans across design, development, testing, deployment, and operations readiness.

  • Facilitate technical working groups, daily syncs, sponsor updates, and risk reviews.

  • Ensure all workstreams meet milestones and maintain alignment with the critical path.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify potential blockers early through program monitoring and technical deep dives.

  • Drive mitigation plans and decision-making with relevant owners.

  • Enforce change control processes and maintain documentation of decision logs.

Execution & Deployment

  • Oversee end-to-end readiness: technical build, migration plans, cutover, rollbacks, and site-level readiness (if applicable).

  • Manage go/no-go decision frameworks and operational handover criteria.

  • Validate performance through post-implementation reviews.

Operational Readiness

  • Ensure that Network Operations, Service Assurance, and Support Teams have updated SOPs, tools, training, and monitoring dashboards.

  • Drive RCA resolution, defect tracking, and stabilization efforts.

Outcome Measurement

  • Track KPIs such as network performance, service availability, user experience improvement, cost efficiency, deployment time, and customer impact.

  • Validate benefits realization versus original business case.
