As the Sr Program Manager on the Executive Initiatives team, you will partner closely with the Principal Program Manager of Executive Initiatives to drive the delivery of high-impact programs that shape the future of the organization. Reporting to the Sr Director of Executive Initiatives, this role blends strategic planning, systems thinking, and program execution to deliver business-critical outcomes and scalable operational improvements.
You will lead complex, cross-functional programs of work within larger key initiatives that align with company priorities, define key challenges in collaboration with senior stakeholders, and architect solutions alongside subject matter experts (SMEs). You will thrive in ambiguity, bring clarity through structure, and connect strategy to execution across technical and business domains.
This is a highly visible role, ideal for a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys building frameworks, influencing change, and enabling long-term success through operational excellence.
You Will:
- Manage and deliver portions of cross-functional programs tied to executive priorities, ensuring alignment within assigned workstreams across business, technical, and operational teams.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks for your scope of work, partnering with SMEs, leaders, and project teams to drive clarity and execution.
- Support executive engagement by preparing insights, recommendations, and materials for leadership forums, representing your assigned workstreams effectively.
- Implement scalable processes within defined areas, contributing to frameworks, workflows, and governance models that enable operational efficiency and growth.
- Identify and address collaboration challenges within your scope, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback to resolve pain points and improve performance.
- Facilitate communication across teams, synthesizing inputs from multiple sources into clear updates and deliverables for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor risks and blockers within your assigned workstreams, escalating issues as needed and driving continuous improvement in execution.
- Contribute to team development, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration and accountability among peers.
- Prepare and Present content to diverse audiences, including senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, tailoring messaging to ensure clarity and impact.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic operations, program management, or cross-functional leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant organizational impact.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; able to break down ambiguity and structure solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with senior executives.
- Comfortable operating with a mix of autonomy and collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Advantageous:
- Experience in high-growth or technical organizations, particularly in EV, AV, or manufacturing-adjacent industries.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Prior experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with systems engineering, product development lifecycle, or operational readiness practices.
- Proficiency in tools for collaborative planning and program tracking.
