Job Description:

Join us in Brillion, WI as a Senior Program Manager and own the execution of the Ariens Product Development Process (APDP). In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, align strategy, and launch high-quality Ariens products that meet defined requirements, cost and weight targets, and organizational goals.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Engage, train, coach, and mentor the functional teams on the AriensCo Product Development Process

  • Support the development and implementation of Program Department strategy to include policies, principles, tools, and best practices

  • Lead and manage multiple product development programs

  • Clearly identify program stakeholders and keep them abreast and engaged

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals can be clearly understood by the functional teams

  • Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

  • Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals

  • Coordinate the creation of functional plans for each department

  • Develop program plans to include scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, schedule, etc. that meet chartered goals

  • Drive team commitment and accountability to program and functional plans

  • Coordinate, resolve, or assist in resolution of conflicts and other issues within and between functional teams and recommend/provide solutions

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, gate review, change requests, and other applicable documents

  • Conduct lessons learned reports and communicate recommendations to identify process improvements

  • May serve as liaison with industry and various other groups to disseminate appropriate information

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or related technical field from a four-year accredited school required

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to the performance of the duties outlined

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment within the outdoor power/off-highway equipment industry preferred
