Meaningful Work From Day One
As a Human Resources & Office Administrator, you will support the Human Resources Manager and the entire office by providing administrative and operational support, including HR administration, office logistics and guest services.
What You Can Expect
Responsible for HR administration such as maintaining physical employee files, following local regulations and Brown-Forman record keeping requirements.
Support with some administrative requirements such as Handbooks, employee letters, lease car administration etc.
Communicate, inform, and update employees on local HR/ office matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as internal and external events, lunches, Town Halls, etc
Support onboarding for new hires, which includes leading office tours and arranging new hire equipment
What You Bring to the Table
Education: MBO/HBO in a Human Resources or administrative field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office or HR administrative role.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
Excellent communication skills (influencing, listening, written).
Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Applications, including but not limited to: Gmail, Calendar and Google Docs/Sheets.
