Sr. Product Ops Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a process and analytically minded individual to be part of the Gartner Peer Insights (GPI) team. We are looking for a Senior Product Ops Specialist to join our Content team responsible for the end-to-end innovation and production of content, leveraging Peer Insights reviews, to
deliver insights and value to End User IT professionals. In this role you will be accountable for ongoing content production operations as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work on several business initiatives and be empowered to lead problem solving leading to continuous improvement. What you will do

  • Own end-to-end: delivery and cross-functional program management for content production.

  • Manage ongoing forecasting to optimize content production against capacity/ resource constraints on a month-to-month basis.

  • Manage production engine that optimizes production capacity while ensuring 100% quality and on time delivery against monthly goals.

  • Manage stakeholder collaboration, communication/updates and query resolution in support of ongoing content processes, production and external partner engagement.

  • Develop deep understanding of methodologies for content product portfolio.

  • Team with your manager and team members to drive insights, ideate, and deliver high impact innovation/improvements.

  • Participate in problem solving for content production to improve processes as well contributing process of partners.

  • Own and lead implementation of process improvements as assigned; partner with product management and engineering teams to test and ensure success implementation of improvements.

  • Apply lean principles in your day-to-day problem solving and lead knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and own projects as assigned by team manager.

  • Maintain supporting dashboards and tools to enable management visibility and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement improvements in content production (i.e. reducing production errors, removing waste) to increase productivity.

  • Support pilot initiatives to test and optimize supporting processes before codifying and implementing via technology in partnership with product and engineering.

What you will need

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s/MBA degree preferred.

  • Coursework in business analytics and process operations would be preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel and Power BI as an added advantage.

  • Program management experience & capability coupled with strong communication skills

  • Experience, maturity, and ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines

  • Experience working cross-functionally and across global time zones
