Position: CV SPM
THE BACKGROUND
OGN established Brands Marketing department has been committed to exploring business opportunities in different therapeutic areas/channels and business models, helping the company business to remain focused on our areas of strength in the face of complex and changing policy environment and flexible market trends. Meanwhile, the organizational structure and professional functions of established brands marketing department have always maintained high level of flexibility and agility along with the needs of the market and business and constantly explore efficient and innovative support methods to enable a wider range of patient groups to meet the unmet professional needs.
In order to support the hospital business more effectively, established brands marketing department will further focus on the establishment of professional organization ability. We will more deeply explore the business opportunities and drive growth in CV market.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
l Lead portfolio growth strategy for the AIIA portfolio (two hypertension brands), translating business ambition into clear brand priorities, positioning, and execution roadmap.
l Reshape mature brands by identifying new growth opportunities across customer segmentation, treatment pathways, clinical value communication, and innovative solution.
l Own end‑to‑end brand planning and project execution, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with portfolio strategy, commercially impactful, and delivered with discipline.
l Generate actionable insights through deep understanding of the hypertension market, hospital practices, HCP needs, and evolving guideline and policy environments.
l Lead impactful HCP engagement and omnichannel initiatives, working closely with Commercial, Medical, Digital, and external partners to improve quality of engagement.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
l Strong business and strategic thinking, with proven ability to drive growth in mature or highly competitive markets.
l Solid experience in brand or portfolio management, preferably within Cardiovascular or other chronic disease areas.
l Demonstrated capability to lead complex cross‑functional projects and take full ownership of outcomes.
l Hands‑on experience with marketing technology and data tools (e.g. AI,Veeva, Power BI).
l Bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s preferred)
l Fluent English communication (written and spoken), with clear storytelling skills.
