The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

Join Dexcom’s Hardware & Biosensing Solutions organization, where product management partners across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, and PMO to deliver safe, reliable, scalable hardware products and capabilities across the portfolio. This team is responsible not only for product-level execution, but also for shaping the platform capabilities and roadmap that enable current and future hardware innovation across Dexcom’s ecosystem.

Where you come in:

  • Define and own the hardware platform roadmap, including enhancement, sustainment, and innovation priorities tied to clear customer, product, and business outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery for platform opportunities, synthesizing customer problems, market needs, technical constraints, and business priorities into platform strategies, concepts, and decisions.
  • Translate platform opportunities into actionable product requirements and priorities, partnering with engineering, design, and technical teams to define the work needed to deliver meaningful value.
  • Work across the product portfolio to enable clean cutover of platform enhancements into product execution, partnering with product managers for individual hardware products to ensure alignment on scope, timing, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional core teams — including R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and PMO — to ensure critical platform programs are well-scoped, clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and executed with excellence.
  • Drive structured prioritization and trade-off decisions across enhancement, sustainment, and innovation work, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, regulatory realities, and business value.
  • Provide product leadership in cross-functional and executive forums, bringing clarity to scope, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to keep programs moving.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement, using product, technical, and operational inputs to inform roadmap evolution and drive continuous improvement.
  • Preserve and scale product knowledge across platform workstreams, helping codify key decisions, dependencies, and judgment-heavy areas so the organization can execute effectively and reduce institutional knowledge gaps.

What makes you successful:

  • Strong product management experience in hardware, medical devices, or other regulated products, with a track record of driving both strategy and execution.
  • A systems mindset, with the ability to connect platform capabilities to product outcomes and understand dependencies across hardware, firmware, software, operations, and commercialization.
  • Strength in discovery and structured problem solving, including the ability to identify meaningful opportunities, frame the right questions, and translate ambiguity into decisions and direction.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence skills, especially in environments where progress depends on alignment rather than direct authority.
  • Experience defining requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and guiding execution across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and organizational complexity, while maintaining clarity, momentum, and quality of decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations and actions.
  • (Nice to have) Experience in CGM, biosensing, wearable medical devices, or connected health technology.
  • (Nice to have) Experience balancing sustainment work with longer-term innovation/platform bets.
