JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for evaluating the market competition and pricing statistics to determine the best value that meets the public's demands at the same time works with the company's best interests. Identify efficient pricing strategies for marginal profits and revenues, as well as conducting data and statistical analysis for pricing models and create cost and commodity forecasting. Must have excellent knowledge of the marketing industry, as well as possessing analytical skills to measure both profit and loss for product pricing. Lead with the development and then implement a harmonized pricing structure and approach across CWG's brands. Implement and drive compliance to CWG pricing processes, tools, and internal controls.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross functionally with Product, Marketing and Project Management to determine the value proposition/value drivers associated with New Products and Product Launches
  • Develop and manage financial analytical tools in support of product pricing and processes
  • Develop pricing strategies and prepare pricing proposals in accordance with business requirements
  • Collaborate and implement overall pricing architecture across all brands and channels in conjunction with brand marketing and sales
  • Review territory and market results, making recommendations for adjustments to pricing alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain technical and cost data for development of price analysis
  • Communicate product roadmap to teams with near term, midterm, long term, and ongoing improvements through modeling and presentations
  • Align existing projects with product roadmap during implementations

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years’ financial analysis/pricing experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Expert ability in MS Office Suite including Excel
  • Experience with product cost or price modeling in Excel
  • Experience with BI tools like Microsoft BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Starting Salary for this position is $75k commensurate with experience + potential bonus.
