About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Sr. Portfolio Productivity Manager – Europe to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Sr. Manager Portfolio Productivity Europe lies within the EPDM zone, and Western European Operations. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Business Partnering & Value Creation. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The management and delivery of Europe’s productivity program will be your primary responsibility.
In brief, you are responsible for:
· Maintain holistic visibility of in-year and future productivity pipeline. (E2E, including procurement benefit, value engineering, CMA projects, and manufacturing efficiencies).
· Support monthly reporting with accurate view of holistic productivity pipeline and risks and opportunities (needs support from Finance)
· Proactively partner with relevant stakeholders, central finance, and growth office PMO to report on end-to-end portfolio performance
· Co-lead strat plan cycle to deliver productivity component of portfolio strategies in partnership with growth office and Proc/Ops teams
· Co-lead AOP cycle to deliver productivity component of portfolio strategies in partnership with growth office and Proc/Ops teams
· Manage dotted-line financial analyst to support on E2E productivity visibility, pipeline mgmt., and action taking via relevant teams.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering; MBA is preferred.
· Extensive project/program management experience in a large, matrixed organization
· 5-8 years work experience in FMCG
· Strong understanding of P&L management and operational projects
· Strategic mindset and ability to simplify the complex, with clear storytelling to executive level
· Expert collaboration and stakeholder management skills
· Expert ability in Microsoft office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint)
