This Senior Manager of Corporate & Internal Communications will lead strategic communication programs that strengthen our corporate narrative and enhance employee engagement across the organization. This role will develop and execute high-impact communication strategies that support executive priorities, promote transparency, and reinforce our culture during a time of ongoing transformation.
This role partners closely with senior leadership, P&C, and cross-functional teams to craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for both internal and external audiences. This position will oversee company-wide communication channels, manage executive communications, and ensure alignment across all corporate messages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that support company goals and executive priorities.
Lead internal communications planning and content creation for major initiatives, announcements and moments.
Manage executive communications, including speeches, presentations, and internal/external messaging.
Oversee key communication channels (intranet, email, all hands, newsletter, etc.) and improve their effectiveness.
Partner with P&C, Marketing, and leadership teams to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned messaging.
Monitor internal feedback and communication performance to continuously improve engagement.
