Sr. MES Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain MES application using .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.Net.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries for MES solutions.
- Integrate MES with ERP systems and shop-floor equipment using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of MES applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues in production environments.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in a manufacturing context.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Competency in Ajax, jQuery, CSS, HTML & IDAutomation Native Barcode Generator
- Exposure to reporting tools (SSRS / PowerBI).
- Experience with Manufacturing processes such as Schedule, Inventory, Production Order Execution, Quality, Plant Performance (OEE) etc.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, OPC, MQTT).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Apriso BPM certification with experience in Apriso process builder, Machine Integrator and Business Integrator will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT integration.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
