Sr. Marketing Analyst - Partner Marketing

Nasdaq is seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join our Partner Marketing team. You'll play a critical role in driving client engagement and product adoption across two strategic growth areas: our Insurance Index Solutions business and the Nasdaq Dorsey Wright advisor research platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Insurance Solutions and Dorsey Wright teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across institutional and advisor audiences.
  • Lead execution of marketing activations including content creation, webinars, events, campaigns, and partner communications across multiple channels.
  • Act as a consultative marketing resource to insurance partners, helping them leverage Nasdaq's marketing capabilities to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage campaign execution using tools like Marketo and Monday.com, ensuring flawless delivery, clear timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimize future programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, investment products, or advisor-facing businesses.
  • Strong understanding of institutional and intermediary audiences, including how they engage with research and index-based solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Clear communicator with experience partnering across sales, product, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Familiarity with the insurance or advisor ecosystem and index-based investment solutions.
  • Experience planning and executing webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
