Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Client Experience Project Coordinator to join Bernstein Private Wealth Management in Pune, India. This role provides dedicated executive scheduling support to senior leaders while also partnering with the Client Experience team on project coordination and operational support. The position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment. Key responsibilities include:
Support Client Experience initiatives by tracking projects, gathering updates from stakeholders, and maintaining documentation.
Monitor, organize, and assist with analysis of feedback received through Client Experience channels.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and Client Experience materials.
Maintain and organize Client Experience content within internal systems and repositories.
Take on additional Client Experience project coordination responsibilities as proficiency and experience grow.
Provide comprehensive calendar management support for National Directors of Business Strategy and Client Experience.
Manage complex, high-volume calendars that include cross-functional working sessions, executive meetings, and time-sensitive ad hoc discussions with internal and external participants across multiple time zones.
Proactively prioritize and sequence meetings to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Anticipate, identify, and resolve scheduling conflicts independently where possible.
Prepare or distribute agendas and background materials when required and track follow-ups related to scheduling commitments.
Support business travel coordination, including itinerary planning and schedule changes.
Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong coordination skills and experience supporting senior stakeholders, along with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Required qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coordination, project coordination, or senior administrative support roles.
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and meeting logistics for senior leaders.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting client-facing, strategy, or operations teams.
Familiarity with project tracking, workflow tools, or CRM systems.
Experience reviewing and summarizing meeting materials or executive communications.
Experience preparing presentation materials for senior leaders.
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
