What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Manager, Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving segment-wide strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, vendor partnerships, client experience and organization risk management. You will work with leadership and functional teams to deliver complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible in establishing and maturing the Transformation team engagement model within Insurance, helping establish the centre of expertise across Insurance lines of business.

What will you do?

  • Lead the discovery, prioritization, planning, and governance of large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Partner with business unit leaders to identify improvement opportunities and define transformation roadmaps
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence senior executives to support change
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols throughout the transformation
  • Support Strategy, Data & Digital Portfolio across Risk, Operations and Planning verticals
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility and performance within teams and across the organization
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building efforts withing the Transformation team

What will you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development, business or digital transformation
  • Exceptional ability to build strategic narratives and bring them to life using slides
  • A strong aptitude and comfort in learning the insurance business and technologies
  • Very strong relationship management and communication skills
  • High degree of resourcefulness and ingenuity when solving barriers to success/progress
  • An exceptional can-do attitude with a strong drive to exceed expectations

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years as a Management Consultant and/or Product Manager at a top tier consulting firm
  • Experience working in a financial institution
  • Knowledge of Insurance industry
  • MBA

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
