The Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager is responsible for forecasting and supply planning across a nationwide network of dialysis clinics. This role leads the supplier planning processes to optimize costs, reduce waste, and support treatment volumes. This role leads planning processes, collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and partners with suppliers to maintain supply continuity for our patients and stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive demand and supply planning by developing accurate forecasts for critical dialysis products, integrating treatment volume and modality mix, monitoring supplier constraints and executing regular SIOP meetings.
Partner with multiple teams to support supply chain risk management by identifying and mitigating supply chain vulnerabilities including mitigation strategies, root-cause investigations for disruptions, and field communication during supply disruptions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning with sourcing, finance and other departments to support product strategy, understanding treatment-driven supply needs, and strengthen supplier negotiations through forecast accuracy, demand insights, and cost-to-serve analysis.
Work closely with internal data and analytics team to produce reporting that leverages treatment volumes and supplier requirements to monitor forecast accuracy, forecast compliance and ultimately presenting performance trends to leadership for improved planning accuracy and network visibility.
Skills:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to extract key themes, determine root causes, develop creative solutions, and craft concise messages
Collaborate with internal business partners, both clinical and technical, to understand demand and supplier trends. Builds effective relationships, influences peers and key stakeholders, and able to build consensus.
Ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously

The Salary Range for the role is $97,000.00 - $153,000.00 per year.
