Establishes procurement objectives and procedures that typically affect multiple geographic locations; procedures support the company short-term strategy. Ensures that products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner. Oversees the group that evaluates contracts and vendors; may make final decisions regarding key/significant suppliers.

- Lead global Procurement team include China, Philippine, Europe and US.
- Partners with Senior Leadership to create continuous improvement procedures and processes that enable Littelfuse locations to run efficiently, productively and safely. Procedures affect multiple locations and key areas of the company. (35%)
- Leads a team that identifies suppliers, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, supplier development, and risk reduction. (30%)
- Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements. (30%)
- Assesses issues and develops resolutions on supplier gaps to meet business objectives. (5%)

About You
- Education: Bachelor or university degree, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Management experience
- Deep knowledge of procurement practices
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
