In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, develop and inspire a team of 2 project managers, fostering accountability, capability growth, and high-performance delivery.

  • Translate the Procurement strategy into a structured portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and alignment with business priorities.

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of global Procurement projects across savings, compliance, governance, sustainability, and process simplification.

  • Act as a strategic PMO head, establishing governance, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure project consistency, visibility, and measurable impact.

  • Act as a change leader, driving communication, engagement, and adoption across Procurement stakeholders.

  • Build and strengthen collaboration with GBS by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification, and standardization of processes; build a strong Procurement–GBS partnership to take the organization to the next level.

  • Partner closely with senior Procurement leadership, including the CPO, to provide strategic insights on progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact.

  • Ensure initiatives deliver tangible value by improving efficiency, enabling simplification, and maximizing Procurement’s impact on the business

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement

  • 3-5years of people management experience

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Proven expertise in project and program management

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in multinational corporate environments.

  • Strong leadership experience,

  • Experience working with cross-functional processes, multi-cultural team

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders within Procurement and beyond.

  • Experience with Coupa system, GBS, BPO and Source to Pay model

  • Proven experience in leading transformations and process optimization

  • Solid understanding of procurement digital solutions and integrated Source-to-Pay platforms

  • Continuous improvement and collaborative mindset

  • Travel requirement – 25% of its time
