  • Analyze sell-through performance, lifecycle curves, and product velocity to provide recommendations for assortment planning, replenishment, and end-of-life management.
  • Provide insights to optimize buy depths, launch timing, and product transitions.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as a liaison between Global and Cluster teams, ensuring alignment on lifecycle definitions, KPIs, and milestones.
  • Support regular business reviews with data-driven recommendations to improve lifecycle efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to ensure data flow consistency across systems supporting lifecycle management.

5. Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key lifecycle KPIs such as product adoption rate, lifecycle length, markdown efficiency, and in-season agility.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on root-cause analysis.
  • Support training and change management initiatives to embed new lifecycle practices across teams.
