About the Role

Support CPDO to develop PD function strategy and planning, facilitate cross function/team collaboration to ensure functional and company strategy goals to be met

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the development of function 3-yr strategy based on company and function focus
  • Lead the development of detailed annual plan aligned with 3-yr strategy and work closely with CPDO and function/department heads to roll out key initiatives and key performance indicators
  • Allocate function resources based on strategic initiatives
  • Regular track and monitor strategy implementation status, especially the business KPI achievement ratio

Strategic/ Innovative Project Management and Incubation

  • Initiate and lead PD strategic projects to help the function and company achieve strategic goals
  • Overall coordinate function strategic initiatives and responsible for project management, including project pipeline, progress tracking, outcome (e.g. activity ratio, offering, performance) reporting and monitoring, etc.

Business Analysis: analyze business performance and project results to provide insightful information for business decision

Job Requirements:

  • Good education background. University graduate or above, MBA will be a plus
  • Strong sense of business
  • Sufficient industry knowledge with the capability to understand distribution, product, operating process
  • Good execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
  • Prior working experience in sales/distribution business of headquarter level will be preferred
  • Prior working experience in consulting firm or project management related will be a plus
  • Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT and Excel
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
