Job Description
 

Role & ResponsibilityJob Requirements

  • Primary market research 

  • Secondary data analysis 

  • Providing insights and conducting forecasting for BU LSP/POA

  • Facilitating Business Discussing meeting integrate Field force insight and Digital insight with market insight, working with other analytics team

  • Creating insight reports based on disease knowledge and business understanding 

  • Reflecting disease knowledge into ComOps-owned solutions and supporting improvements 

  • Collaboration with the global market research team

  • Understanding global insights and sharing them domestically, incorporating them into research planning

  • Deliver insight for Omnichannel Execution Support

  • Vendor management (including audit support)

  • For Internal Recruitment candidate must be JG28 or above.

Knowledge and Skills & Competencies

  • Business Acumen:Ability to understand business strategies and challenges, and reflect them in analysis and proposals

  • Requirement Definition:Ability to accurately capture business needs and structure and articulate them

  • Data Source Structure Understanding & Design

  • Insight Generation: Build Hypotheses from Facts and Drive Action

  • Project management and problem-solving skills to manage and lead projects effectively

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical market research responsibilities, industry regulations, data privacy, and compliance, with the ability to design and execute appropriate research

  • Smooth Communication & Collaboration: able to assume full responsibility for accuracy and reliability of complex analyses, collaborating with data scientists and internal data analyst

  • Excel Function Skills: VLOOKUP, PIVOT, IF/SUMIF and DECILE

  • BI tool: Visualize and Analyze Data

  • English Conversation, level of Discussion capability 

Typical Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including market research, strategic analysis and planning experience and a BA/BS degree.

  • Experience in conducting research activities by leveraging knowledge of assigned disease areas and products, in alignment with business strategies.

  • Experience in franchise-specific market and experience with global sales and marketing organizations is preferred.

  • Working experience with global Sales and Marketing organizations and with pharmaceutical data sources is preferred.
