Job Summary

Leads the Training & Development function, managing a team that includes subordinate managers and individual contributors. Responsible for creating and executing a learning strategy aligned with Acrisure’s objectives, ensuring scalable, high-quality training programs that improve performance, compliance, and client service. Provides strong leadership, sets clear goals, and partners with stakeholders to build organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee design and delivery of onboarding, role-based, compliance, and leadership training.
  • Implement blended learning solutions (virtual, in-person, eLearning, microlearning).
  • Manage internal learning systems (content libraries, and reporting)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure impact and improve programs.
  • Manage L&D budget and vendor relationships.
  • Assist and train individuals and teams on workflows, epic standards, Indio, and CSR24.
  • Utilize reports to audit performance of team members to ensure they are following proper procedures
  • Gap training for individuals who are moving into a new role, especially Associate account managers to Account managers where there will be knowledge gaps

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8–10+ years in Learning & Development, including 3–5+ years managing managers.
  • Experience building enterprise training programs and scalable learning operations.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with EPIC or similar systems.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: VP of Ops
  • Direct reports: individual contributors

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $134,640 - $182,160. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
