As a Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing you will define and elevate Epredia’s digital presence—including web, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and content performance—ensuring that the brand is represented consistently and effectively across all digital touchpoints. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial marketing, product marketing, corporate communications, sales, R&D, and regional leadership.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy aligned to business objectives, product launches, and commercial priorities.
- Champion digital best practices across the organization and serve as the internal subject-matter expert on digital channels, tools, and performance.
- Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of omnichannel digital campaigns (web, search, paid social, email, etc.).
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand voice and alignment to product messaging across digital content, similar to MARCOM partnership expectations in the template.
- Manage digital content needs including landing pages, web content updates, digital assets, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation workflows.
- Establish and track KPIs for all digital channels and campaigns; leverage data to generate insights and optimize performance.
- Oversee marketing dashboards, analytics platforms, and reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership and commercial teams.
- Ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data hygiene across platforms.
- Manage digital platforms including CMS, CRM, MAP (e.g., Salesforce/Pardot/Marketo), ABM tools, and analytics suites.
- Partner with and manage external digital agencies to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery—echoing the original manager’s responsibility for agency oversight.
- Drive continuous improvement in digital workflow, automation, and customer experience.
- Work closely with regional marketing, product marketing, and global commercial teams to support integrated marketing efforts.
- Contribute digital leadership to new product introductions, global campaigns, and regional growth initiatives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient ROI across channels.
- Oversee digital governance, brand standards, and compliance.
Skills you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing programs—from strategy through execution and optimization—similar to the leadership expectations in the template.
- Hands-on experience with CMS, MAP (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), search and social advertising, SEO, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, Matomo, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in KPI tracking, data interpretation, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment, managing numerous projects with strong attention to detail.
- Lean business system experience preferred.
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and able to bring structure to ambiguity while enabling creative, effective digital outcomes.
