About the Role

Responsible for annual budget preparation, expense forecast and expense analysis according to management requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

Budget and rolling forecast (60%)

  • Organize China and branch annual GOE budget preparation

  • Perform rolling China GOE forecast and provide relevant analysis.

Expense management and analysis (40%)

  • Conducts analytical review on GOE results and provides analysis to management on timely basis.

  • Prepare presentations and analysis for regular MBR/QBR,  routine EXCO meeting, and other internal review meetings.

  • Organized and review branch resource analysis on yearly basis to support efficiency improvement

  • Responsible for budget application, budget transfer and incremental budget review

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • A master’s degree or above with major in Finance or Accounting, CPA or ACCA is an advantage

  • At least 7 years related working experience, insurance finance management is an advantage.

  • Solid knowledge with business analysis and financial management mechanism , audit of big four and consultant of world-class consulting firm is an advantage.

  • Good PC applications skills, especially on Excel and Power Point;  knowledge in SAP/ BI/ BPC is an advantage

  • Proficient presentation and communication skills in English and mandarin

  • Proactive and a problem solver with strong analytical and communication capability in a fast moving industry
