Seeking a Financial Business Intelligence Analyst to work in the Banking Division COO Office of a leading Investment & Corporate bank. This person will play a key role in managing data and generating reports in close coordination with bankers, data and reporting colleagues, Front Office Risk and Controls, Finance, and IT partners, while also providing essential support to bankers and users of the Banking Division CMR platform.
Summary Responsibilities:
- Master the processes involved in generating data using the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce), PowerBI and other tools as required.
- Produce periodic and ad hoc reports to fulfill management requests and the needs of users across the division.
- Master the expense tracking and recovery process, including use of the Expense Recovery Reporting, Client Revenue Reporting, and Advisory (ADV-GUI) systems.
- Support the Expense Recovery Specialist, M&A bankers, Finance, and COO team colleagues in tracking expenses and generating expense reports and client invoices and fulfilling management report requests
- Collaborate with Data, Reporting, and Technology colleagues to identify ways to improve necessary processes and to eliminate unnecessary processes
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the data and workflows in the CRM platform (OneBanker/Salesforce)
- Provide user support to bankers and other staff that use the CRM
- Work with colleagues to identify, develop, and implement enhancements to ensure that the CRM reflects management’s view of the business while providing users with a powerful tool that offers a positive user experience and helps them to drive business results
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation and passion for helping business stakeholders define metrics to assess and drive performance
- Advanced Word, Excel (including nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, look-ups and VBA), SQL, PowerPoint, and Access
- Knowledge of investment and corporate banking and capital market products
- Knowledge in Salesforce, PowerBI, Dealogic, Capital IQ, and Snowflake a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter and team player who can navigate ambiguity effectively and drive decisions and change through influence and persuasion
- Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracy
- Demonstrate sense of urgency in meeting challenging deadlines and achieving goals
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

The expected base salary ranges from $70K - $100K. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
