You’ll join Dexcom’s growing Commercial Excellence organization, where business partnership, data, systems, and insights come together to power commercial planning, engagement, execution, enablement, and measurement across EMEA and LATAM. The team is transforming how Dexcom leverages commercial data—building a connected ecosystem, turning data into foresight & action, enabling field teams to deliver one coherent high-value experience, and elevating strategic decision‑making. Where you come in:
- You own and evolve the commercial data vision & roadmap across EMEA and LATAM, establishing trusted data foundations across sales, marketing, medical, and market access.
- You lead Commercial MDM and Customer 360 platforms & efforts, integrating CRM, ERP, marketing, and educational platforms into a single source of truth to transform our commercial ecosystem into a connected, insight-driven tool that enables all teams with accurate, integrated data at every touchpoint for every use case.
- You develop and activate field enablement tools—including self-service insights, next best action, and intelligent call‑logging solutions —to increase field efficiency and engagement quality.
- You serve as the business owner for MDM, C360, and Veeva CRM and Sales Planning & Operations platforms strategically coordinating initiatives and design with customer-facing teams to tailor to regional needs ensuring performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
- You build and drive data governance & stewardship and define policies for data quality, privacy, and compliance.
- You collaborate with finance, IT, and Global Commercial Excellence to integrate and govern data, systems, tools, and reporting & insights for commercial utilization.
- You create standardized reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self‑service BI tools to assess business impact of commercial strategies, deliver proactive intelligence, and empower commercial decision‑making.
What makes you successful:
- You have deep expertise in commercial data strategy, including data governance, master data management, and Customer 360 environments.
- You bring a strong technical understanding of CRM, ERP, BI, and data‑integration architectures, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- You are skilled at building end‑to‑end data processes that ensure data quality, trust, consistency, and usability across commercial teams.
- You excel at partnering with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to align data, systems, and reporting with commercial priorities.
- You are adept at designing and optimizing commercial field technologies, with hands‑on experience supporting Veeva CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
- Your analytical capabilities enable you to develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and proactive commercial insights that influence strategy and execution.
- You bring strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to simplify complexity and guide stakeholders through change and adoption.
- You thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments where building, iterating, and scaling new capabilities is part of the everyday work.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex/Hybrid workplace option.
