Ecolab is seeking a Senior Logistics Team Leader. A self‑driven individual capable of performing multiple functions in operations management and leading a team of collaborators to improve safety, quality, and productivity indicators. This role will lead various process‑improvement projects and participate with cross‑functional teams in initiatives related to warehouse design and logistics network optimization.

What You Will Do:
Lead a team of 13 people, ensuring compliance with savings and productivity standards
Supervise logistics activities, including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing, and customer service
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing—to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues related to logistics operations
Support the development of the site’s logistics budget, focusing on continuous improvement of annual performance against key indicators
Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs
Monitor fixed assets and coordinate the implementation of approved capital improvement projects within assigned areas
Communicate standard logistics KPIs to direct reports
Resolve quality, service, and cost issues
Provide support in supervising inventory levels
Position Details:
The candidate must reside in the central region of Puerto Rico
Workweek and shift: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
3–5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment
Fluent English
3–5 years of previous experience supervising personnel
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (required)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment, think critically, and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
Knowledge of JDE (highly desirable)
Previous project management experience
Knowledge or exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principles
