What We'll Bring:
This role is a member of the Cybersecurity Enablement team and will interact with teams throughout Information Security and across both domestic and international business units. This role will be responsible for:
Project management:
Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
Analyze, plan and develop requirements in reference to scheduled projects.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for participants required for specific projects or initiatives.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed on schedule and budget.
Arrange agendas and schedules for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to initiatives.
Assign and oversee deliverables of technical personnel while ensuring all participants are actively working toward established milestones.
Facilitate regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Identify and resolve conflicts and project issues.
Report on project status and accomplishments.
Business analysis and communications:
Help service owners and program sponsors translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and delivery requirements.
Present progress and project status to management and other interested parties.
Refine service and project delivery data into clear metrics and recommendations for management.
Assist with coordination of project-related change requests.
Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices.
Agile coaching:
Participate on teams using Agile methodologies and scrum/Kanban practices.
Serve as an Agile practice expert to help Agile and scrum teams achieve higher levels of maturity and adapt methodologies to meet their needs.
Help service owners of development, operations and engineering teams to develop and maintain roadmaps, refine work plans, and track delivery to achieve strategic objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning events and retrospectives, helping stakeholders identify actionable lessons learned and translate into continuous improvement plans.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, Project Management or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with certifications in Project Management (PMP, SAFe); Information Security (CISSP, CISM); or IT Service Management (ITIL) will be given additional consideration.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Agile and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology; ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented, multinational environment.
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, etc.
- Proven experience with Microsoft productivity tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Broad familiarity of common information security, information technology and cloud services terms and concepts.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) terms and concepts.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement.
