About the Team
The team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that support critical workflows across NIUM’s operational and transactional lifecycles. These applications power key use cases such as Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, Client and Customer Onboarding, Requests for Information (RFI), Refunds, and other essential operational processes.
Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and platform teams, the group focuses on delivering high-quality, user-centric, and white-label solutions that can be customized to meet diverse client needs and regulatory requirements. The team owns end-to-end development with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture and user experience, building modern, performant interfaces using Next.js and the React ecosystem, backed by robust APIs developed in Spring Boot. With a strong commitment to code quality, reliability, and deployment excellence, the team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful features, ensure seamless system integration, and maintain high engineering standards at scale.
About the Role
As part of Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack – Frontend Focus) in NIUMs core team, you’ll have opportunity to build and maintain scalable, user-centric web applications that support NIUM’s operational workflows.
You will take ownership of feature development, contribute to API integration and frontend architecture, and help maintain high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and reliable deployments. This role offers strong technical ownership, the opportunity to make a real impact on user-facing systems, and to influence engineering best practices across the team.
