We're seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in our Campaign Services Group. What You’ll Do:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end implementation of sophisticated marketing campaigns utilising Anteriad's proprietary selection tools
- Execute complex A/B testing, episodic campaigns, and longitudinal testing strategies recommended by our Intelligence & Analytics division
- Implement and lead on multi-channel campaign workflows in collaboration with our clients
- Ensure all campaign outputs adhere to client business rules, compliance requirements, and channel-specific best practices
- Manage the third-party data in take process working with our clients and their brokers to ensure that data is received on time and in the correct format.
- Provide comprehensive QC oversight for Campaign Services Group deliverables, ensuring all campaigns meet or exceed client specifications before deployment
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and planning sessions
- Work autonomously to meet campaign milestones, proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Conduct regular meetings and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Manage expectations while balancing internal resources
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and address challenges promptly and independently
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree preferred
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in campaign management
- Proven track record building and executing successful multi-channel campaigns in agency or client-side environments
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Advanced proficiency with campaign management and marketing automation platforms
- Strong working knowledge of audience selection and segmentation tools
- Intermediate SQL skills for data querying is a bonus
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
- Understanding of European Data Compliance requirements (GDPR, PECR)
