Responsible for revenue and margin analytics, reporting, and forecasting by channel, product line and therapeutic area.
Own the standard monthly financial analytics package that is necessary to measure the financial results and guide future business decisions. This includes monthly and quarterly financial packages that track trends and performance of sales, backlog, costs, expenses, headcount, capex, balance sheet KPIs, and other critical metrics.
Leads the sales forecast consolidation process, responsible for regional forecast collection & report out.
Provide financial analysis and decision support, as necessary, to internal customers. This support should include proactively scanning the market and our own data for opportunities to improve the business.
Develop strong partnership with the Commercial, Product, Global Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to understand NPI, Price, VCP, deflation & margin enhancement initiatives and their financial impact.
Manage the SVG sales commissions process for the direct sales organization.
Lead in the design of new processes to improve the quality and productivity of the finance team and the business in general.
Collects and analyzes customer/market data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demands.
Build models and analysis tools to identify opportunities to impact the bottom line; including price/volume/mix analyses of sales/margin and analysis of direct and overhead cost structure.
Performs in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
Formulates, recommends and implements product pricing strategy and customer marketing initiatives to deliver results on deadlines.
Assist with integration activities with GE Healthcare including streamlining processes for best practices within financial reporting and internal controls.
Strategic planning and forecasting in support of New Product Introductions and Long Range Planning objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years financial work experience
Demonstrated depth and breadth in commercial business partnership from prior assignments
Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Clear thinking / problem solving successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
Strong communication skills: experience working across multiple functions and regions; ability to clearly communicate financial information in an easy to understand manner

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
