Sr Enterprise Architect - GTM

As a Senior Enterprise Architect you will lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our Go-To-Market technology ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end architecture spanning CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations platforms—ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and alignment with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise architecture roadmap for GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms.
  • Design integration patterns connecting GTM technologies with ERP, Data Warehouse, and customer-facing applications.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for GTM technology delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML capabilities to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement
  • Lead vendor assessments, build vs. buy decisions, and technology rationalization initiatives.
  • Mentor solution architects and guide cross-functional delivery teams on complex implementations.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with 5+ years focused on GTM/Revenue technologies.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud), Oracle CPQ.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across business and IT.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, and Customer 360 processes.
    • Experience with integration platforms, middleware technologies (Boomi) and API-led connectivity.

    The annual base pay for this position is: $194,100.00 - $291,200.00

    F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
